There's an Expert-locked wooden crate inside the bus in front of the building. There are also several ghouls in the entrance, some are hiding under the vehicles and the surrounding foliage.
Inside the bowling lane, the kitchen has a gas leak so be careful when shooting there. The Novice-locked door beside the kitchen door has an ammo crate and med kit on the shelves. The kitchen also has an Advanced floor safe.
In the second floor, head to the room behind a red door to find a terminal, weapons workbench, chem station, and a modified Fat-Man called The Striker. The safe is master-locked but you can unlock it using the terminal nearby. In the terminal, you can play/eject Mark Wilson’s holotape. Read the “That was close!” log to get the schematic to build your own modified bowling balls to use as The Striker’s ammo. There are at least four modified bowling balls in the same table that serve as the Striker's ammo.
Behind the bowling lane, you’ll find an active fusion generator. You can eject its fusion core. Be careful since a ghoul might crawl out from the wall vent.
