Becomes a settlement for you after defeating the Fog Crawler during the quest “Blood Tide”. This is a medium-sized settlement, with one beachfront where most of the attacks will take place. That said, it's worth placing guard posts and turrets on the elevated rocks.

There's ample farmland and water supply as well. The Rockbeds provide natural cover but it will be easier to defend the place by placing guard posts on them as well. Constructing stairs will allow your guards to move between guard posts and to congregate easily during an attack.
