When approached from the north, you have to be careful of several frag mines scattered in the area. Use your VATS to know their locations so you can destroy them from afar or disarm them to collect them. The house has a Master-locked safe and a cooking station inside.
The broken shed to the NE from the house has a cooking pot, a duffle bag on the elevated ledge, and a tool box.
The garage NE of the beachhouse has several collectibles and a weapons workbench. In the upper ledge of that garage, there’s a chem station and an Expert-locked green steamer trunk.
In the second floor of the beachhouse at the edge of the cliff, you’ll find an Advanced Wall Safe.
