Briney’s Bait and Tackle

This demolished wooden building that doesn't have much valuable or notable loot. There's a Nuka-Cola machine inside that may spawn random Nuka-Cola bottles and a shotgun trap that you can disarm and collect the weapon. As soon as you enter, there might be two trappers that will ambush you from the hills nearby.

There’s also a leveled hermit crab inside one of the trailers outside the building. It’s a tough enemy to defeat but will drop considerable loot when defeated. Once defeated, the location will be occupied by feral ghouls.
