This quest will be given by Faraday in Acadia as part of the checklist quest “Acadian Ideals”. Head to the Southwest Harbor and clear the trappers in the area.
The boat containing the items you have to recover is located to the southern part of the location. Just keep the quest activated so you can easily follow the quest marker. After recovering the storage drives, return to Acadia and deliver them to Faraday. He'll mention that there supposed to be three. You'll get a one-time chance to mention something about the locked chest that requires a key to open. Unfortunately, Faraday doesn't have the key either. Either way, the quest will be complete.
