The broken warehouse has a green steamer trunk inside. However, you can't use the door unless you can pick a Master-locked door. The steamer trunk has the dock’s key. You have to enter the warehouse from the broken part of the floor, from the water. Be careful since there’s a mirelurk king and bloodrage mirelurk there as well. Aside from the number of basic containers and components you can find in the area, there are no other notable loot or valuables to be find here.
