I have a bounty of over 6k and I have killed the thives of balmora guid the guards only want to kill me what do I do to take my bounty off.

You can go to the other theives guilds in the world(Sadith Mora,Ald Ruhn etc.) or you can sneak up on a guard and then get out of sneak mode and talk to him straight away(this also gives you a bonus as it counts as turning yourself in)
