I've got the Lost prophecies, but I cant find Nibani Maesa.
Can anyone tell me where she is?

Nibani Maesa is located in the Urshilaku Camp, which is east of Khuul. She's the wise woman of the camp. Once you get to Khuul, you will pass 2 or 3 Daedric shrines before you get to the camp. It's clear up to the north close to the coast. (I hope this helps you out).
