Question for The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

I need help finding the mud crab merchant. I have been looking for 3 days and I can't find ball fell but I might have found the castle ruins. I am near molag mar and I was wondering where it is from there. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay my friend the answer is, East of Vivec their is a Dewmer Ruin Named "Mzahnch". The Mudcrab merchan is on a small island East of Mzahnch.
The island is actually right next to Mzahnch.
