Does anyone know how to get templar armour.

I really don't remember a "templar armor." Maybe I am wrong. What does the armor look like? Are you talking about Ordinator Armor?
I'm assuming that you are talking about Imperial Templar armour? Fairly good heavy armour?
There are a number of ways to obtain a set, the first is to complete quest for the Imperial legion - towards the end of the quests you will recieve a set, but not right at the end.
The second is to find a guy wearing a set, the only one that comes to mind is walking up and down a bridge/battlement at Ebonhaert. Taunt him, then kill him when he attacks to take his set legally.
And lastly, I have seen bits and pieces of it floating around in blacksmith/pawnbroker and traders shops, though this is probably the hardest way to get a whole set.
