Question for The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

Who is Zenithar, and how do I fulfill the oath to him? I m having trouble getting people in the town to trade me. I don't know how I made an oath to him. I would really appreciate it if someone knows how I can fulfill this oath.

If I remeber right, which I doubt, Zenithar is a nine divine. One of the gods of the imperials. If you made some "oath" it sounds like a quest I've never seen, look back in your quest book.( a faster way to find this would be to press "A" while your quest book is open to search for a topic, go down to "Z" and search for Zenithar

You were talking to some race, i dont remember, outside of Ald'ruhn and u made an oath to deliver some shirts somewhere. You either dropped these shirts or killed the person who gave them to you. There is no way to complete this if you killed the person. (which happened to me) but you can pick up the shirts where you dropped them and deliver them to someone in Ald'ruhn. The mark will only not allow services in Ald'ruhn. I hope this helped.
