In the canals under vivec foreign quarter there is a daedric temple with some irritatingly hard to kill people in it. On the altar is a diamond - pick the diamond up and a daedric lord appears, kill him and get the sword:
'daedric dai-katona'
Chop 1-60
Slash 1-52
Thrust 1-30
Condition 7200/7200
Weight 60 (bit of a drawback)
Value 120,000 (!)

I actually know a stronger weapon. Its a Dwarven spear found in the ruins of Nchardamz.
