Could you tell me where Bal Fell is..? I'd like to visit that mudcrab but for some reaseon I haven't come across it yet even though I'm level 48?

Bal Fell is way east of Vivic but an easier way to get there would be to water walk from somewhere else. It's an Island south of Suran.
