Could someone please tell me how to get to Bal Fell? I'm level 57 but I still haven't come across it for some reason, I want to find that mudcrab! Where is Bal Fell?

The Mudcrab is almost directly east of Vivec's, St. Olms. He is on an Island near a dwemer ruin. It is loacated about in the middle of Vivec and Tel Brandora
Go to Ald Sotha(Northeast of Vivec) go directly east until u find Mzahnch. Then go south. It is right there
