After having both the land deed and the document from duke, where do I go and who do I speak too in order to become the grandmaster, I'm just little sonfuse about the whole thing. Please anyone help me to understand this.

If you are in the Hlaalu House talk to Dondos Driler in the Hlaalu Council Hall in Balmora. If you are in Redoren House talk to Galsa Gindu in her home in the Ald'ruhn's Manor District. If you in the Telvanni House talk to Llunela Hleran in the Telvanni Council House in Sadrith Mora.
