Weapon Strap-ons are helpful mod pieces that add extra effects to your weapons. Weapons will usually have one slot while a few of them can accommodate two strap-ons. Strap-ons have a variety of effects and it is recommended to use the ones that deal status ailments and those that's not redundant with the modified weapon's built-in effects
For example, a melee weapon that can set targets on fire won't benefit much with a strap-on that has the same effect. Adding a different strap-on however, let's say one that can inflict Gr0ssed Out status will let you inflict Burning and Gr0ssed Out at the same time per attack.
Another good example is Bleeding. Bleeding is stackable up to five levels; that means if your weapon/ strap-on can inflict 1 bleeding damage per hit, it will take five hits to fully stack Bleeding on a target, 3 hits for 2 Bleeding DPH, and one hit for 5 Bleeding DPH. A weapon that can deal multiple hits like bows and swords will benefit a lot from Bleeding strap-ons while a weapon that can deal one or two hits will benefit on solid damage strap-ons.
This section will list all the available weapon strap-ons in the game. The weapon and strap-on combination will depend on your character and your playstyle so don't hesitate to play around and experiment what fits your style. The list below is arranged alphabetically.

| Drill Bit | Inside the cabinet in the 5th Grade Room. |
| Flaming Sword Patch | Chest in the second level of the Tower of Peace. The key is located to the right side . |
| Glass Shard | Loot from a ginger inside the faculty room in “Detention Sentence” |
| Gnome Pickaxe Head | In the third area, destroy the partition to the left. Cross the fuses when they're not firing electricity then loot the bag to find this. (Quest: Defeat the Underpants Gnome) |
| Grave Dirt | Inside the item bag in the garage of house 1018 (beside Mr. Slave's house). You need Gnome Dust to loot the item inside. |

| IV Needle | Inside the drawer beside the Operating Room A in the abortion clinic. You can access it during the quest “Unplanned Parenthood”. |

| Large Shield Sticker | Mackey's table inside the Community Center |
| Lightning Rod | Acquired from the cyclops who bullied Ike. |

| ManBearPig Ear | Defeat Al Gore in “Unfriend Al Gore” then loot his body. |
| Melee Fighter | West of house 9770, west of Kevin Stoley's. You have to topple the grill then blast the coal with Dragonshout to reach the chest. |
| Metal Grip | Inside the bag along the trail leading to the hidden homeless camp near the Bus Stop. You need Gnome Dust to loot the item inside. |
| Miner's Patch | After defeating the gnomes in your room, loot this from their fallen allies. |

| Shattered Anal Probe | In the enclosed room, accessible by activating a switch in the far-right side of the topmost hallway in the central area of the ship. |

| Small Battery | Inside Mackey's PO Box. You can get the key from his storage shed during the sidequest “Wasted Cache” |
| Small Butane Torch | In a bag beside Simon in the sewers during the quest “Dropping the Kids Off” |

| Small Shield Sticker | Inside the chest in Jimmy's garage. You can get it in a drawer in his house's second floor. |

| Tuft of Ginger Pubic Hair | Defeat the first ginger hallway monitor in “Detention Sentence” |
| Wad of Lipusuction | After the abortion mini-game, you'll start in a ruined hallway with nazi zombie fetuses. Examine the drawer nearby to get it. |
| Wire Hangar | In the drawer of the abortion clinic where Randy is disguised as a patient. (Quest: Unplanned Parenthood) |
| Wooden Grip | Destroy the chimney on the rooftop of Token's house to find the chest containing this. You can reach it using the alien probe. |

| Zippo Lighter | Defeat the kids in the alley beside Jimbo's Guns during the quest “Nonconformists” |

so if you have those money patchs that increase you money by a percentage can the percentage stack like one path gives 20% and one gives 10% so you would get a 30% increase of gold or does one patch take cover the whole effect so I only get 20%
You've mixed up so many patches with strap-ons on this list. It needs to be edited.
use health drain from bleeding targets
combined with healing +
Health per hit
and the mp for heal perk
you can easily drain 2000 hp per attack
or if you play a jew you can spam the plagues -you get all the mp back each round and heal for much more hp than you can actually have
You stated "all the available weapon strap-ons in the game", yet I can't find anything regarding Sparkly Unicorn Sticker obtained through the makeover quest?
why are some gray?
