This isn't really a question that should be posted here, as it's not really related to game help. You should've posted this in a forum, but it's too late now.
Anyways, I've got about 9,780 coins, or some amount similar to that before I got tired of being chased all the time. I also had a death warrant, and people would shy away from me.

My highest bounty was somewhere in the hundred thousands. It's really easy because you just need to enchant a some really expensive jewlery to do heaps of damage and a big area of effect. Then you just go around shooting everywhere and people just die. If you want to get rid of the bounty just join the thives guild in Balmora and drop all your money on the floor (except 1 coin) then talk to the guy down stairs to the guy about a price on your head. He will take your 1 coin and get rid of the bounty. Then you can just pick up the money afterwards.
