Each of the different game sections includes a list of Challenges – basically bonus objectives – that can be unlocked by complying with the conditions for each. Note though that in some sections there are challenges that contradict each other, which means that to unlock all of the challenges for that section you will have to replay it again (possibly several times).
While each of the Challenges is addressed in the walkthrough guide, they are also listed here - the idea being you can print this list out and use it as a ticklist for keeping track of the challenges you have already unlocked...
A Personal Contract Challenges
Mastery: Complete all of the Challenges in the level.
Chameleon: Pick up all of the disguises in the level.
Evidence Collector: Find all of the evidence in the level.
Infiltrator: Avoid being spotted.
Suit Only: Avoid using disguises.
Modern Art: Perform an accidental kill in the garden.
Geronimo: Pull the guard at the cliff-side section out of the window.
Extra Spice: Use sleeping pills to drug the stew to incap the Chef.
Damn Good Coffee: Drug the head of security by putting pills in his coffee cup.
Play it Again: Use the piano lid to perform an accidental kill.
The Price of Treason: Clear the mission.
Well Played: Drug the head of security to obtain the keycard; then assassinate ONLY the target.
The King of Chinatown Challenges
Mastery: Complete all of the Challenges in the level.
Chameleon: Pick up all of the disguises in the level.
Evidence Collector: Find all of the evidence in the level.
Infiltrator: Avoid being spotted.
Suit Only: Avoid using disguises.
Kaboom: Kill the target with a remote explosive.
A Killing View: Kill the target with the sniper rifle from the dealer's flat.
Controlled Demolition: Kill ONLY the target with a remote explosive.
Man Down: Kill the target by pushing them down the cargo floor opening.
Drop Dead: Accidentally kill the target by dropping the hanging cargo onto him.
Two for the Price of One: Kill the dealer and king in one shot with the sniper rifle.
Clean Sweep: Recover the Evidence without being detected.
Don't do Drugs: Poison the target's drugs.
Hot Coffee: Put poison in the king's coffee at the pagoda.
Let's do Lunch: Put poison in the king's sushi near the cargo hole.
Master Poisoner: Complete Don't do Drugs, Hot Coffee, and Let's do Lunch.
Quid Pro Quo: Clear the mission.
Veiled Death Part 1: Eliminate the target and dealer with a stealth-based point-shoot while wearing a police uniform, in the dealer's apartment.
Veiled Death Part 2: Eliminate the target wearing the dealer's Disguise.
Terminus Challenges
Mastery: Complete all of the Challenges in the level.
Chameleon: Pick up all of the disguises in the level.
Evidence Collector: Find all of the evidence in the level.
Infiltrator: Avoid being spotted.
Suit Only: Avoid using disguises.
Housekeeping: Take out ten enemies without being seen.
Don't Disturb: Get to room 899 without taking anyone down either lethal OR non-lethal.
Hall Pass: Visit all areas of the chapter without being detected. Disguises are OK.
An Evening in Paradise: Find a movie reel and play it in the projector.
Inside Job: Complete the mission without being detected while wearing the Janitor Disguise.
The Man from South Dakota: Clear the Mission.
The Electrician - Part 1: Kill someone with a thrown screwdriver while wearing the Electrician Disguise.
The Electrician - Part 2: Kill five enemies with thrown screwdrivers while wearing the Electrician Disguise.
Run for Your Life Challenges
Mastery: Complete all of the Challenges in the level.
Chameleon: Pick up all of the disguises in the level.
Evidence Collector: Find all of the evidence in the level.
Infiltrator: Avoid being spotted.
Suit Only: Avoid using disguises.
Picking on the New Guy: Use the Rookie as a human shield.
Death from Above: Accidental kill using a chandelier.
Fields of Joy: Undetected throughout the chapter.
Bong Hits: Kill enemies in melee with the bong from the Shangri-La flat.
Business is Booming: Open the safe in Shangri-La (combination is in notebook by the air vent)
In Stereo: Start the tape player in the dance room in Shangri-La.
The Tables have Turned: Clear the mission.
Silence Please - Part 1: Subdue a police officer and successfully hide the body.
Silence Please - Part 2: Subdue and hide successfully seven police officers.
Hunter and Hunted Challenges
Mastery: Complete all of the Challenges in the level.
Chameleon: Pick up all of the disguises in the level.
Evidence Collector: Find all of the evidence in the level.
Infiltrator: Avoid being spotted.
Suit Only: Avoid using disguises.
Private Dance: Kill the target and hide the body, then escape undetected.
Dominated: Kill the target with your garrotte, hide the body, and then escape undetected.
Schadenfreude: Kill the target by dropping the disco ball on them.
Fire Sale: Turn off the convenience store sprinklers and light the fireworks.
Two Rights make a Right: Save the market vendor before he is killed by the target in the alley.
Moment of Bliss: Electrocute the target by rewiring the loose cable then throwing the switch.
Fire Him: Kill the target by sabotaging the fuel pump near the fireworks.
X Marks the Spot: Kill the henchmen by dropping the cargo load in the alley from Tow Rights..
Lieutenant Bad: Steal Birdie's file and cause the corrupt cop to kill the target.
Cleaning up Chinatown: Complete Lieutenant Bad, Fire Him, X Marks the Spot and Moments of Bliss.
Damage Control: Clear the mission.
Swordplay - Part 1: Kill Wade's Henchman with the Katana in stealth mode.
Swordplay - Part 2: Kill all of Wade's Henchmen with the Katana in stealth mode.
Swordplay - Part 3: Kill all of Wade's Henchmen with the Katana in stealth mode while wearing the Chipmunk Disguise.
Rosewood Challenges
Mastery: Complete all of the Challenges in the level.
Chameleon: Pick up all of the disguises in the level.
Evidence Collector: Find all of the evidence in the level.
Infiltrator: Avoid being spotted.
Suit Only: Avoid using disguises.
Good Samaritan: Take out the torturers of the imprisoned guard.
Out of Fuse: Collect all four fuses without being detected.
Playing with Balls: Hide enemy bodies in the Ball Pen in the nursery.
Face Off: Kill the target without being spotted.
The Mercenary: Clear the mission.
Subtle Injection - Part 1: Throw three syringes for three kills in quick succession.
Subtle Injection - Part 2: Throw four syringes for four kills in quick succession.
Subtle Injection - Part 3: Throw five syringes for five kills in quick succession.
Welcome to Hope Challenges
Mastery: Complete all of the Challenges in the level.
Chameleon: Pick up all of the disguises in the level.
Evidence Collector: Find all of the evidence in the level.
Infiltrator: Avoid being spotted.
Suit Only: Avoid using disguises.
Chew the Fat: Get to the Bartender while avoiding starting the bar fights.
Clear the Air: Instigate a bar fight then quickly slip away and reach the Bartender.
ALI: Knock out all of the bouncers in the bar.
Duck and Cover: Take no damage during a bar fight.
Just Passing Through: Clear the mission.
Birdie's Gift Challenges
Mastery: Complete all of the Challenges in the level.
Chameleon: Pick up all of the disguises in the level.
Evidence Collector: Find all of the evidence in the level.
Infiltrator: Avoid being spotted.
Suit Only: Avoid using disguises.
Depends on the Girl: Lose the shooting contest.
Bullseye: Win the Shooting Contest with a score over 471.
Assassin's Signature: Win the shooting contest with the Silverballers and a score over 471.
Ultramax: Win the shooting contest with the Ultramax and a score over 471.
It Wouldn't be Stealing: Do not enter the contest, just take the Silverballers.
Shiver Me Timbers: Shoot the cannon fuse to fire the gun range cannon.
Duck Hunting: Shoot ten duck targets in the indoor gun range.
