Well, the nearest thing to an Ax on the game is the Tomahawk. To get that, you must have the DLC Legends and Killers pack from Xbox Live or the PSN network.

Firstly, you have to have either of the DLC's Legends and Killers or Undead Nightmare. Then you'll be able to buy it from the store at Manzanita post. When done all of the challenges for it, you'll get 10 for free at the chest in your safe house...
