As you see them going for their gun click your draw button and aim for their arm for more fame and honour

The Cross Hairs that appear when you aim MUST BE WHITE when you pull the RT. I was having trouble with Duels too. I don't try and disarm people, I just go in for the kill. It's more fun that way.
