How do you find the Jaguar in Mexico
I've looked all around the hillside, used bait and still can't find that cat.

I've never seen a Jaguar in Mexico, but if it was in Mexico it would probably be in one of those missions that pop-up and you have to help people.
You could always try looking in Tall Trees, which is at the top right corner of the map near Blackwater. Though while looking on the map from a distance it displays a picture of an animal that's found in that area, so if you can't find it look on the map.

The Jaguar he's talking about is a special Jaguar, required to kill for level 10 hunter.
As far as I'm aware, you go to a place called Oble de Diablo, or whatever, which is south of Chuparossa.
Place some bait, and wait around for a while.
If you've tried this and it doesn't work, then I have no idea.

Eoin (Crazy Cheats) is right about that. In the Master Hunter challenge number 9. You have to locate, kill & collect the pelt of "Kahn" the Jaguar. The location for this is given, it is "Ojo Del Diablo."
If you're having trouble finding him, use bait. If you're having trouble not dying whilst trying to kill him, here's a brilliant tip. Use a stage coach. Animals can't kill you whilst your on a stage coach.
