American soldier outit
I'm in act 3 and I'm on the home missions but I'm trying to to unlock the american soldiers outfit but it wont work. I've obviously completed an appointed time and I've found all the scraps except when I go to Blackwater tailor and try and but the soldier scrap it says not available? Please help

You have to complete the mission where the US army and Agent ross come and raid beechers hope..johns home..then go and you can buy it..there is a few shocks along the way tho I wont spoil them for you
