When is the main missions done?
HI! I'm sitting here, playing as Jack Marston .. John is dead, and so is his wife. Now I wonder .. I've completet 66 percent of the game so far, but I would like to know this: Is there anymore missions? Not saying side missions, or small missions, but you know .. REAL missions, story-missions .. Whatever to call it.

No, that is the end of the game. All you will be able to do now is stranger missons, but im not sure how many of them you can do as jack. There is a kind of secret ending to the game it is classed as a stranger miss tho at the train station in blackwater.

Actually, there IS still a story mission. It's marked as a Stranger mission, but if you go to Blackwater, you'll find a stranger who will give you the mission "Remember my Family". That's the ending to the game, and it will give you the credits and an achievement and everything, and you'll be able to keep playing after the mission is over, but that's the real final mission in the game. After that, all that's left is to finish stranger missions, unlock costumes, try to get 100%, and just screw around in general.
