Final Smash
The Wii Fit trainer fires off a multitude of silhouettes with different poses that expands as they travel farther. Each silhouette can deal a small amount of damage and can be quite hard to avoid. These don't do that much damage and has weak knock back power but it can be quite effective in any stage or number of opponents. Using it while an opponent is off-stage can prevent him/her from recovering back and effectively give you a KO.
Recovery
Wii Fit trainer lacks horizontal recovery moves so he/she needs to rely on his/her Super Hoop. The default jump height of Super Hoop isn't that impressive so you have to increase its lift by pressing the Special button rapidly. If you're too far off stage but not below it, you can exhaust your double-jump, then delay your fall using a Header, before connecting with a Super Hoop. This will allow you to cover more ground while staying on the offensive. Remember that Super Hoop puts you to freefall so make sure you judge your distance and height reach carefully.
Wii Fit trainer is the new entry in the series that caught everyone off guard. While being a fitness instructor, the Wii Fit trainer is reliable fighter with a good moveset. Let's start with his/her neutral attack. This three-hit attack has the chance to bury your opponent which gives you enough time to follow up with a quick Smash attack. Forward attack is a two-way attack that can opponents on both sides.
Sun Salutation is a good projectile attack that can be charged up. This useful move retains its charge even after you evade an attack. A fully-charged Sun Salutation packs more power and can heal the Wii Fit trainer a bit. Header is also a good projectile attack that has considerable power and range. This can be used in mid-air as well so you can use it against opponents trying to recover back to the stage. Deep Breathing is the Wii Fit trainer's self buff. It restores a tiny bit of HP to him/her but it can also temporarily increase her power and knockback.
