Second Courtyard

Walkthrough: After defeating the Ogre, the next of door swill open. However, before going through, don't forget to nab the Purple Coins on top of the inner rooftops. You can also obtain a Power Moon by capturing a Pokio and accessing a hidden area down on the right, as well as more regular Coins on your way back to the newly opened door. After going through said door, make sure to obtain the Purple Coins on the lower level of the torches. Moving ahead from there, you will come to a hole in the wall that launches Bowser Bombs. You can capture and use a Pokio to cause the bomb to change direction with a poke.

The main goal in this area is to find and obtain five more Moon Shards in order to gain a Power Moon. The first is located directly underneath the Bowser Bomb Launcher; the second can be found to the right on the launcher, in a lower area guarded by more Spinies ( you can obtain more Purple Coins as you do in the nearby alcove and on the rooftops); the third to the left of the launcher, along the wall found in the large gap; and the fourth by capturing a Pikio to fling yourself over the wall you found the third Moon Shard, climbing up past the launcher and going around the corner to where the hidden path is located (finding more Purple Coins as you do by climbing up the roofs and falling down the edge of the next wall).

After obtaining the fourth Moon Shard, head to the opposite of the gap where the third shard was found and head down the left ledge to find the next white wall. By going down to the left, you can find more Purple Coins. You will also find another path that leads to a hidden chamber that holds another Power Moon. In this area will also be more Bowser Bomb Launchers, the same where the fifth Moon Shard can be found. To obtain the last shard, search for the glowing box between the two launchers, knocking a bomb into them to reveal the Moon Shard. After obtaining it, Mario will obtain the main Power Moon. He can obtain an additional Power Moon by using a Pokio to stick into the hole near the boxes on the far left side.
