New Donk City Hall

Walkthrough: Once you reach the Heliport, you'll be close to reach City Hall. Carefully cross the next set of beams from the Heliport to City Hall, not forgetting to get the Power Moon by crossing the twisting beam. After making your way across the beams, destroy the Stingbys around the building to obtain more Purple Coins, and the head inside City Hall. You'll quickly see that City Hall is under renovations, having many pits found throughout. Swiftly cross the breakable platforms to reach the other side, and after you do, deal with the Yellow Goombas. From there, either head left to face more Goombas for some Purple Coins or to the right and take the dual lift up.

After taking the lift up, take the following lift up on the far left side. As you reach the top, defeat the Stingbys that will attack. Before taking the next lift up, don't forget to drop down to grab more Purple Coins. After taking the next lift up, throw Cappy to the left to nab more Coins, and then make your way to the left of the pole to find even more coins. After that, take the pole on the left all the way up to reach more crumbling platforms. Wall jump to continue climbing the pole up across even more poles, straight to the left corner where another Power Moon sits.

After that, cross the platforms you come to and take the pole on the right up to yet another platform. This one will be filled with more Stingbys as it curls to one direction, so make sure to defeat them to reach the corner and exit outside. From there, check around the building to find another Spark Pylon that will take you up to the very tip top of building. Talk to the human after you reach the top, and then head toward the mysterious bug. This will begin the battle with it, as Mario gets knocked down to the Plaza Section below.
