Walkthrough: After obtaining this last main Power Moon, a path to a nearby door with open for Mario. One the other side of it, you will be pitted against fire-breathing Piranha Plants. Use Cappy like before to distract them by blocking their mouths so Mario can quickly come and defeat them. You can obtain a Power Moon by lighting the two torches near the door, or by tricking the Piranha Plants into lighting them for you.

From there, starting cross the moving platforms over the lava, defeating the next Piranha Plant to receive a chest full of Coins. Continue forward after this, arriving to a larger platform with two Piranha Plants on it. Use a rock or Cappy to stuff in their mouths, and then defeat them with Mario. Once you do, make your way to the cliff on the other side. Before heading up the slope, grab the Purple Coins on the platform to your right. As you ascend the cliff, you will find several Volbonans inside the walls. These can be used to quickly fly up the mountain, just make sure not to fly into any of the Spinies found up the slope. One of the Volbonans on the left side will spring you towards Purple Coins.

By heading to the right, you will find a spinning platform that will alternate between lava and solid ground. Just ahead of it will be another Piranha Plant that guards a very dangerous path with giant vegetables rolling down. However, you can take an alternate path by doing a side jump up the side of the mountain to reach more safe platforms. Taking the safe path will bring Mario to a pool full of Lava Bubbles just prior to more spinning platforms. Capture a Lava Bubble to get across the lava platforms, or jump to the solid blue platforms if you'd like to remain as Mario.

From there, you can take one of two different paths. If you're still a Lava Bubble, head to more of the spinning platforms and grab some more Purple Coins. If you'd like to stay on solid ground, use the path to the right and reach the next checkpoint. From the checkpoint where the paths again become one, capture and use a Lava Bubble to reach the stew pot. It is here that you will finally face Cookatiel.
