Walkthrough: By chatting with Pauline, you'll learn that she, the mayor, is wanting to put on a festival now that the city is back to normal. However, she needs your help finding four musicians to play at the festival, giving you your next mission of scouring the city for them. You will obtain a Power Moon for finding each of the band members, and you can look for them by listening for specific musical clues while on the search.

The drummer is pretty easy to find, being just ot the right of Pauline next the entrance to City Hall. Quickly get him on board to receive your free Power Moon. The next musician will be the guitarist, who can be found back at the Main Street Entrance in the grassy area to the right. Recruit him to receive another Power Moon.

The third musician will be the bassist, the same that can be found in Mayor Pauline Commemorative Park. To find this band member, take a left after exiting City Hall and going towards the edge. Look for a nearby Spark Pylon to get across the gap to the park, and then recruit the bassist to receive another Power Moon. You can also ground-pound the remains of Mechawiggler to receive yet another Power Moon.

The final musician is a trumpeter, who can be found on top of the triangular building just to the right of City Hall. The building is extremely tall, making it a little tricky to get to the top. The easiest way to get there is by doing a long jump from the roof of City Hall to the roof of said building. However, you can also use the poles to right of the triangular building to slowly climb your way to the top. On the roof of the building will be the trumpeter. Get him to play at the festival to receive another free Power Moon.
