Construction Site

Walkthrough: Carefully move along the slippery beams to reach the Construction Site. If you knock down the one beam, you can cross it and throw Cappy to obtain some Coins. From there, continue along the next set of narrow beams. As you head down the beams, you can capture the Goombas with the help of Cappy in order to stack them and reach a block that contains a heart. Whether you choose to do this or not, watch out for the Sherm Tank near the end firing shots at you. Don't destroy it just yet, but rather capture it to defeat the next set of Stingbys. There will also be a few crates you can destroy as the Sherm, opening a path to more beams that will hold another Power Moon.

Once back on the streets, there will be an alley with crates that have more Purple Coins found behind them. After obtaining those, return to the main road and pass by the blockade of cars to reach another Sherm Tank at the top of the larger beam. Capture this one too, as you'll need all the help you can get with the six Sherms firing at you down the very next street. After carefully defeating all six of them, head straight to City Hall. The front door will be locked, but take out the Stingbys nearby before they attack you. Proceed to the next checkpoint.

With the front door locked, you will have no choice but to use the nearby steps. Before heading up them, proceed to the edge of the road to find another path that will ultimately lead to another Power Moon. As you head up the stairs, more Goombas will be waiting for you. Defeat them, and then get to the next area either by using the Spark Pylon to get up the building quickly or by wall jumping up from around the corner. If you choose to do the latter, you will obtain some Purple Coins on your way up.
