The adventure map is divided by grids. We will designate the rows with letters where Row A is the bottom and Row H is the top. The columns will have numbers starting from 1 from the left and 16 to the right. The starting position is A-8.
The general rule of the grid arrangement so far is that as you progressively go up the rows, the difficulty increases as well. So if ever you're stuck on a grid, try using a different character (unless you're after character-specific Items) or try a different grid. Otherwise, you'll have to train the Characters you need and level them up through normal means or by spending Rupees in the Training Dojo.
For your convenience, the guide will be arranged in order so you can easily find the grid you need assistance with.

You have to prevent any of your Keeps from falling to prevent enemies from getting a morale boost and make your job harder by having you recapture the keep again. Prioritize taking out the active bombchus. These are marked by arrows in the mini-map. The Bombchu near your starting position will move first so intercept it and destroy it before moving to the West Boulder Keep where you can intercept the next bombchu heading there. Finally the last one will be heading toward the main Allied Base so you can intercept it before it reaches the base. They will move in that order so intercepting in the same sequence will cut your travel time between each of them. Your success for this objective will depend on how quickly your warrior can destroy the bombchus. Sweep the remaining enemy captains that are trying to take over your allied keeps. Walkthrough:
The enemy will be using three Bombchus and captains to capture your Keeps. You have to prevent any of your Keeps from falling to prevent enemies from getting a morale boost and make your job harder by having you recapture the keep again. Prioritize taking out the active bombchus. These are marked by arrows in the mini-map. The Bombchu to the south should be taken out first since it's near your starting poistion. Next, move to the eastern bombchu, and finally the one to the north. Your success for this objective will depend on how quickly your warrior can destroy the bombchus. After destroying all bombchus, proceed with clearing any keeps with hostile captains to prevent them from falling.
Next, head to the North Field Keep and capture it to get the Boss Key. Head to the enemy Base and take out Cia. Shortly after defeating her, Ganon will appear.
You need to destroy some of Ganon's key parts using different Tools before you can reveal its weakness gauge. To do this, you have to observe what type of attack it's going to use then use the appropriate tool to stop that attack and damage it. Its moves are pretty much similar to the previous bosses you fought (that require tools to defeat) If you see it charging up for a fire blast attack (King Dodongo's attack), throw some bombs on its hands to destroy a part of its gauntlet. Once it hovers in the air and does a fire breath attack, get around it and wait for its tail to turn blue (Argorok). Use the hookshot to bring it down and destroy one of its tusks. Successfully doing these counterattacks will prevent Ganon from using the same moves again.
If Ganon charges up blue energy on its left arm gauntlet (Gohma), get close enough to it and wait for it to fire the blast. Fire an arrow to the gauntlet's open eye to destroy it. Finally, wait for it to open the appendages on its shoulders that will fire seed-like projectiles (Manhandla). Use your boomerang to destroy both of them.
Once all four key parts are destroyed, Ganon will switch to its basic attacks. One is a continuous stream of red energy which is pretty easy to evade, and the other one is a charging attack that will reveal make the crystal on Ganon's forehead glow post-attack. Ruto will manage to upgrade your bow with infinite light energy so you have to use it to hit the crystal. This will knock Ganon out for a few seconds, revealing its weakness gauge. Keep repeating the same method until you whittle down its HP and defeat it.

You have to deal with a large Imprisoned, and two mini-versions of itself. You have to prioritize taking out the smaller versions to make your job easier. You need to watch out for the red electric surges on the ground as it indicates a powerful attack from the main boss. After eliminating the smaller versions, you can now concentrate on taking down the Imprisoned as you normally would.
The next group you have to deal with is composed of two Shield Moblins and two Dinolfos. The Shield Moblins are very predictable and you can counterattack its weak point as soon as they finish their attack. The Dinolfos are a bit more aggressive and annoying to deal with and you need to time your counterattack after they stopped breathing fire.
The last group you need to deal with consists of Ruto, Lana, and a Fiery Aeralfos. The Fiery Aeralfos can be easily dealt with. The problem is dealing with two warriors. Lana has good reach with her spells and she's not that vulnerable in close range either. Ruto excels at long range but you can break through her at melee range.
