There are acid bog surrounding the area which will damage anyone stepping on them at the end of the turn. You have to activate the dragon veins in the middle of these bogs to neutralize them. More faceless will appear from the bogs until you deactivate them so make sure you send fliers to carry characters who can activate them to avoid getting overrun.

You must bring Hayato to Rhajat's position and talk to her directly. She can be attacked so be careful not to defeat her accidentally. After talking to Rhajat, she'll join the party. You just need to clean up the remaining Faceless monsters to complete the mission.
