Available: Azama marries another female character
Recruitable character: Mitama
Your objective is to reach Mitama's house farther north and wake her up by issuing the Visit command multiple times. Take note that any character who knocks on Mitama's door except Azama will get dozy and fall asleep (lose a turn) so make sure to bring him there as soon as you can.

The battlefield is divided by small streams, restricting the movement of your ground units unless you freeze them using the dragon veins. As the turns pass, Outlaws will appear one by one from various directions in the map. These Outlaws will attempt to reach the house before you. If they did, you'll lose the chance to recruit Mitama since the cursor to interact with the house will be gone. The bridges will be also guarded by sturdy mercenaries or berserkers with high HP and Def. They won't leave their positions and they won't attack unless you get in their attack range so freezing the stream will be the recommended option.

You may need to bring your most powerful units in this battle since you'll be severely outnumbered. To prevent this from happening, move your forces as one group in a straight line in the middle. You may activate one dragon vein to freeze the water and allow all your units to move straight up. The bridges are guarded by sturdy Fighter class units which may take at least two characters working together to take it down. Ignore the other enemies and concentrate on pushing your way in the middle. Once you've reached the door in Mitama's house, have Azama stand on the spot, issue the command “Visit” several times, until Mitama opens up the door. You have to defend him while he's trying to get his daughter to open the door. It will help if you'll have Azura sing to him to get an extra turn to save time.

Once you have Mitama, quickly pair her up with another character since she can't do anything yet, even heal. (her proficiency is too low for her to use her equipped rod. You can use the Convoy command to give her a lesser proficiency rod) Hold your position, and heal up your units. The enemies will keep moving on your position. Be careful of the great knight boss and the paladins since they pack a punch and can defeat any character who's not on full HP in a single engagement. After reducing their numbers, you'll have to move out and finish off the stationary Fighters guarding the bridges.
