Your question didn't make alot of sense but let me try.

The maps, Containment, Warlock, Sanctuary, and Turf can be downloaded for free, but the 5 other maps they have have to be paid for for $11.99.

Yes if you have xbox live you can download it for free. unless you are trying to get the 5 new maps which are 12.99 on download and like 19.99 at stores.
Or you could wait until september when all the new maps are free for download.
