Question for Halo 2

Can someone tell me the exact buttons to press when goin for a super jump like do you have to hold up or it wont work or do you have to keep on crouching or what..Thanks Any one has any questions ask me!

Look down and you will see a reply I wrote to knucklebuckles that tells you how to superjump on the multiplayer map 'zanzibar'.You have to do exactly what it says. I know trying to superjump is hard and some times really annoying but keep trying.

You have to find a wall that when you crouch under it and let go of crouch,you are still crouching, then go and crouch under it and let go of crouch then run WITHOUT STOPPING to the jump and when you land, make sure that you are not pushing any buttons.

P.S. It must be on pan-60.
