First, throw a grenade on the ground (I would use plasma) and before it's about to explode, jump right over it for a long jump. For a high jump just get right over the grenade and jump.

All you do is toss a grenade and then before it blows up you jump over it

you throw a grenade under yourself and jump before it explodes. (You have to be host in multiplayer).
