How do you do a grenade jump?

It's not that hard, it's really about timing, and it can come in handy. It's even better on multiplayer.

You need the following equipment: Plasma grenades.
You'd like to have: Overshield.
1. Throw grenade
2. Run
3 Jump, making sure you're going to be on tht outskirts of the blast radius of the grenade. I've found that plasma grenades work best.
4. Look where you want to go...you'll go in that direction.
5a. If all goes well, you'll be wherever you wanted to go.
5b. If all doesn't go well, you'll be at a respawn site.
6. You can even do these jumps with a rocket launcher with an overshield on, or with extra health on multiplayer. They can send you FLYING!

OK, I've heard of grenade jump but its stupid to fly that way. To fly high and far, do the following:

1. Choose multiplayer level (I prefer waterworks).
2. Have 2 players, warthogs, and swords
3. One gets in the passenger seat of warthog with a sword. Other person stands right by the passenger seat; passenger: aim at the guy not in the warthog; hold down "R" and your controller will make a twitch (vibrate); keep holding R and the second person has to fly in a banshee and go high and far; keep holding R and exit the warthog. THEN YOU WILL BE FLYING!!!

Note: First, if this doesn't work you are doing it wrong. Second, it's stupid to fly anyway because I garantee you will be sniped easily, but it's so fun!
