I'm gettin annoyed about halo 2 being delayed all the time, is there really a set date?

My Bad its NOVEMBER 9, 2004 I hit the wrong number.

This is the actual reason Halo 2 has been set back. There was an incident at the Half Life 2 development building were someone broke into the building and downloaded viruses into their systems. So they set back Half Life 2's realease date to have time to remove the viruses.

So now, every game development group in the world heard about the break in. So all the groups (inculding Bungie ) have tightened their computer and security systems and set back their game realease dates to prevent more break in's.
