On the level zanzibar I put the time all 7 I looked at the sign and I want to no if there is a ling lings head if so where is it 7hanks.

No, there isn't a Ling Ling head there. People just came up with that story. I have seen a video on youtube of a guy that has seen it, but he modded it to be there.
Ling-Ling's Head Can Be Found In Zanzibar near the big base(Or is it a big Factory?Either way...I know it's there...
