Is it possible to, without modding to have AIs or bot players in multiplayer if there is please tell me how and how do get infinite ammo and invincibility in campaign.

Nope, if you want bots/AI players in multiplayer mode, you're going to need to modify your game with a hacking device of some kind, same with infinite ammo and invincibility in campaign mode.
