The easiest is probably the skull in the Quarentine Zone call Spudnik. All you have to do is turn around right when you start and walk through the cave and when you come out the other side you keep walking until you come to a ledge that runs along the edge of the cliff walk all the way to the end and you got it.

Yea, the easiest on I've tried is sputnik, you just turn around and go through the cave, then keep going straight, and you will see a bridge, than look to you're left and there will be a rock wall with like yellow cliffs, these cliffs are just wide enough for arbiter to walk on, just follow the one dorectly in front of you and you will see the skull floating in the air, you will need to aim at it and hold x to pick it up, the screen will flash if you did it right
