Yes it is out for PC only Vista though but you will have to find a crack if you want to play it on XP and zelda sorry to say but you got ripped off because what you are talking about is Halo CE which is free and legal to download.

Ok Halo 2 is out in The US (yay I got my copy!) the only other place I could think of is England. Those are the only 2 countries besides Japan/china, that I knew of that sold video games,lol. I didnt know people in malaysia, or countries like that. Well All I can say is Check the halo 3 site.
