Rogue Tier List

In Shining Beyond, players will get a chance to get acquainted to a lot of different characters. While choosing your favorite characters and building a team around them is the ideal way to enjoy the game, there will always be players who’ll want to get the best characters on their teams, either to breeze through the game’s single-player content or dominate the arena. These top-tier characters are also the target of certain players who Re-roll in the game. In this page, we’ll discuss the top Warrior class heroes in the game. Rogues are the main DPS heroes in the game. They have access to the passive skill Assault Rush that has a chance to increase their SPD whenever they land a critical strike. At Skill Level 5, this passive skill also increases a Rogue's dodge chance. Their damage output is mainly calculated using their ATK stat so giving them with attack-boosting equipment and runes will further increase their effectiveness on the field. Since they also fight in the frontline, they have to rely on their SPD to dodge attacks instead of tanking them like the Warrior heroes.

Shizu (SSR)

Shizu is a great all-around rogue, appearing within the top 7 ranked heroes in all categories in the Hero Rating system. Her first skill, Sakura Torrent, deals damage to an enemy twice her attack rating, with a chance to reduce that skill’s recharge chance. This skill recharge chance will allow her to potentially deal more damage by using the same skill without waiting for the normal cooldown to end. At Skill Level 6, this skill inflicts Plagued on the target as well, reducing the amount of healing it can receive.

Her second skill, Chi of the Miyabi, grants her a high dodge chance for the effect duration. At Skill Level 6, this skill grants Shizu the ability to Leech a portion of the damage she dealt to a target.

Shizu has access to three masteries: Adventure, Event, and Underworld, making her quite versatile in standard team compositions. All masteries reduce the damage taken by the team against enemies on specific battle modes and enemies, while also increasing the team’s damage against them.

Mei Fang (SSR)

Mei Fang is one of the top 5 best heroes to bring in the arena, and belongs to the top 10 characters you can bring to a raid. While she has low damage output, her self-healing and debuffs makes her a reliable frontline ally especially if you have an offensive tank or high DPS ranger in tow. Her first skill, Dragon’s Ascension damages an enemy and reduces the healing that enemy receives while also healing Mei Fang’s HP by the same amount of damage she dealt. At Skill Level 6, this skill will have the chance to silence a target as a third effect.

Her other skill is Dragon’s Spirit which can inflict Fear and force the enemy to move away from her. At Skill Level 6, this skill will be able to remove buffs on a target and prevent it from gaining buffs for a short period.

Mei Fang has two masteries: Arena and Dragon. All masteries reduce the damage taken by the team against enemies on specific battle modes and enemies, while also increasing the team’s damage against them.

Jenny (SSR)

Jenny is a high ranked hero for Adventure quests but falls short on other categories. However, this doesn’t mean that she can’t be ignored either. Her first skill, Pangea Impact deals damage over twice her ATK while also lowering the enemy’s ATK Spd down. At Skill Level 6, this skill grants Jenny with the ability to Leech a portion of the damage she dealt while the effect is active.

Her second skill “One More Round!” allows her to replenish her mana, allowing her to use another skill sooner. At Skill Level 6, this skill creates a shield that prevents a portion of the damage received, based on Jenny's HP.

Jenny has two masteries: Tower and Fallen. All masteries reduce the damage taken by the team against enemies on specific battle modes and enemies, while also increasing the team’s damage against them.

Sonia (SSR)

Sonia is a straight-up DPS capable of dealing direct damage and inflicting bleed status on enemies, which will eat through their HP pool over time. She also belong to the top 10 highest rated characters for event battles. Her first skill, Chainsaw Massacre, deals direct damage on enemies while also inflicting Bleed status that deals a percentage of the hero’s ATK. This Bleed status can stack up to 5 times and the damage will activate every time the affected target attacks or activates a skill. At Skill Level 6, this skill also makes the target Vulnerable, increasing the damage it can take by certain percentage.

Sonia’s second skill is Bloodthrist, which is a self-buff that further increases her CRIT DMG. At Skill Level 6, this skill also increases Sonia's critical chance by a huge amount.

Sonia has two masteries: Tower and Demon. All masteries reduce the damage taken by the team against enemies on specific battle modes and enemies, while also increasing the team’s damage against them.

Natsumi (SR)

Natsumi is an SR rogue that can be pretty useful in most team compositions. Her first skill, Ryuusei Knuckle deals direct damage and can stun the target. A stunned enemy can’t take any action and will be open to your allies’ attacks so it can be pretty useful against powerful yet alone enemies. At Skill Level 6, this skill also reduces the enemy's cast speed by at least 40%.

Her second skill, Adrenaline Rush, increases her attack speed as well. At Skill Level 6, this skill also increases Sonia's critical chance by a considerable amount.

Natsumi has two masteries: Event and Elemental. All masteries reduce the damage taken by the team against enemies on specific battle modes and enemies, while also increasing the team’s damage against them.
