You don’t need to defeat Lady Butterfly to get this tool. This ranged weapon will allow you to “shoot” spiritual butterflies that home in on the target. Holding the tool button allows you to release more butterflies. These projectiles will deal heavy damage against apparitions and damage enemies even while guarding. The butterfly projectiles can’t pass through obstacles like walls or columns.

Creates a special sound when thrown, which causes phantom butterflies to follow the path of the kunai.

The phantom butterflies chase after enemies and inflict damage even when guarded.

Materials Needed

The main material for this item can only be acquired from Anayama the Peddler. If you killed his past self in Hirata Estate, you won’t be able to meet him in the present timeline. Even if you didn’t kill him, you’ll still need to purchase information from him for him to open his shop. Refer to our guide’s merchant locations section for more details.
