Rune Set Bonus is the additional effect that be activated once a certain number of runes bearing the same seals equipped on the same character, regardless of slot positions. Getting this effect activate should be what you’ll prioritize when equipping runes to your heroes.
There are two types of Rune Set Bonus effects:
Lasting Effect - This effect is automatically active once the Set Bonus is activated. Several Lasting Effects can be stacked.
Trigger Effect - This effect can only be activated when its specific conditions are met. Trigger Effects cannot be stacked.

One-on-One Defense | Rune of Defense x2 | -50% damage taken from single-target attacks for 1 turn at the start of the wave. (Increases turn count as effects stack) |
