This facility allows you to use 50 Pal Points for a chance to pick one of the 30 prizes. The lotto board is refreshed everyday during the daily reset. Prizes are divided by tier and winning the top tier prizes depend entirely on your luck. You can’t also hope to spend all your Pal points just to empty out the board since it will require 1500 PP. Use this facility only if there’s a related mission or achievement objective or if you just want to try your luck.
