Unlike many other hit video games, Injustice 2 comes in a number of different editions, three flavors to be exact, as well as a Mobile Version too. Apart from the free-to-download mobile version, the three editions of the game are known as the Standard Edition, Digital Deluxe Edition and the Ultimate Edition. The Standard Edition costs roughly around $60, and each edition stepping up the ladder raises the price by another $20 each. To some gamers, this price can be pretty hefty, but the added incentives for each edition might be worth the high cost.
The Standard Edition is the most basic version of the game. You will have the entire Basic Character Roster of 28 heroes and villains at your disposal - Darkseid as well if you were wise enough to pre-order the game - as well as all the given modes apart of this sequel. The Digital Deluxe Edition includes the DLC Fighter Pack, inclusive of the characters Red Hood, Starfire and Motal Kombat Star Sub-Zero. The Power Girl Premier Skin for Supergirl and a special Shader Pack is also included with the Digital Deluxe Edition.
The high costly Ultimate Edition includes the DLC Fighter Pack, Power Girl Premier Skin, and Shader Pack found in the Digital Deluxe Edition, as well as a number of other incentives. The Ultimate Edition also includes six more DLC Characters that are said to be released at a later time, Premier Skins for The Flash, Green Lantern and Supergirl, and two exclusive Shaders and a fancy Steelbook.
