Viewing your Friend Code

Your friend code is your unique ID that you can give out to your friends and other 3DS owners to get connected. Viewing your friend code is done in three easy steps.

From the Home menu, tap the orange smiley face on the top of the screen. This is called the Friend List icon.

Select your Mii Character from the lower screen

And your friend code will be displayed on the upper screen.

Note: After giving your friend code, you must also enter the friend code of the person you gave it to. This exchange will allow you to see each other online and what are you playing.
