How to Clean the System Screens

3DS System Screens are prone to dirt such as oil, finger prints and dust. Below are steps on how to to clean your unit's screens.

What you need


  • Cleaning Cloth, preferably soft cotton cloth

  • Water. Do not use any other liquid or cleaner aside from water

How to Clean the Screens


  1. Slightly dampen a soft, cotton cloth with water. Dampen around the corner as you will still need the rest of the cloth to be dry.

  3. Wipe both screens of the system with the damp part to remove the dirt.

  4. Guide Image

  5. Then dry the screen using the dry part of the cloth.

  6. Guide Image

  7. You may also use transparent tape to remove dust. Do not stick the tape to the screen, just simply do light dabs.

  9. Repeat steps if necessary.
