How to Reset Blocked User Settings

You can't unblock individual users from the blocked-users list. You need to erase the entire list even if you just want to unblock someone. The Mii of blocked users will appear as "???" if you receive them via Streetpass. Follow the steps below to do this.


  1. From the Home menu, tap System Settings then select Data Management.

  2. Select Reset Blocked-User Settings.

  3. Tap Reset to confirm.
