How to Turn On/ Off Wireless Communication

Wireless Communication should be turned on to be able to access the internet through Wifi (thus enabling the 3DS to use internet-based services) and exchange with other 3DS users through Streetpass.

Turning On

1. If the wireless indicator is not lit, slide the slider on the upper-right side of the 3DS until it lights up.
   
   



2. Check in the wireless status in the top-left corner of the upper screen. If there's a registered wifi network nearby, you'll see the name of the network along with Streetpass. Otherwise, you'll just see Streetpass.
   
   

Turning off

1. When the wireless indicator is lit, slide the slider on the upper-right side of the 3DS until the led turns off
   
   




2. Check in the wireless status in the top-left corner of the upper screen. It should say Disabled.
